Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personal care products, underwear, perishable goods, and customized items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Return Process

To request a return, customers must contact us with their order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. Returns must be approved before sending the item back.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
