2. Products & Orders

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated. We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines typically range from 7–20 business days depending on the supplier and location within the UAE. Delays due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Product descriptions are provided by suppliers and may vary slightly.
